Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your JL876 username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. JL876 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately so we can secure it.

Accurate Information

Any changes to your personal information — such as your mobile number or email address — must be updated in your account profile promptly. JL876 uses your registered contact details for verification, transaction alerts, and important account notices. An outdated phone number or email can delay withdrawals and important communications.

Account Ownership

Your JL876 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person. Attempting to do so will result in both accounts being permanently closed.

JL876 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must come from a payment account registered in the same name as your JL876 account.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else sends funds on your behalf — are strictly prohibited.

• JL876 does not charge platform fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be sent to a payment account in your own name.
• JL876 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. JL876 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• Funds from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not met the required conditions cannot be cashed out.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. Contact support if you need information about your account's specific limits.

JL876 regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer.

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only and may be limited by account status, game type, or time period.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• JL876 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• In cases where a bonus is awarded in error, JL876 reserves the right to reverse the transaction.

Bet Acceptance

JL876 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation from the system. If a bet confirmation is not received due to a technical issue, the bet may be considered void.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed, JL876 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Winnings paid out in error are not considered valid and must be returned.

Sabong-Specific Rules

Live sabong streams are subject to the rules of the officiating venue. If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or declared invalid by the venue before completion, JL876 will follow standard void rules and return stakes to affected players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JL876 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts for any reason.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software glitches, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or match-fixing of any kind.
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods to fund your account.
• Money laundering or using JL876 for any illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a minor (under 21) to use your account or make bets on your behalf.
• Impersonating another player, JL876 staff, or any other entity.

JL876 collects personal data from players as necessary to operate the platform, verify identities, process transactions, and comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The types of data collected include but are not limited to your full name, date of birth, contact details, government-issued ID information, and transaction history.

JL876 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Suspected use of stolen payment methods or money laundering.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (as defined in our activity policy).
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, JL876 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no breach is found, eligible balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds are non-refundable in all cases.

JL876 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, JL876 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and cannot be held responsible for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses resulting from a player's own gaming decisions or strategy.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Errors in displayed odds or game results due to data feed issues from third-party providers.

JL876's total liability to any player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the incident in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of JL876.

JL876 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or operational practices. When significant changes are made, JL876 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the JL876 platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the JL876 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
